SVN | Chicago Facilitates Sale of Two-Story Industrial Property

SVN | Chicago Commercial facilitated the sale of an 18,000-square-foot industrial property at 3450 N. Kostner Avenue in Chicago for $1.43 million.

Industrial Advisor Tim Newberg represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer, a Canadian millwork company, acquired the property to support its expansion into the Chicago market. The two-story building features high ceilings, heavy power, functional loading, and convenient access to major expressways and public transportation.

“Infill industrial assets with heavy power, functional loading, and strong transportation access continue to attract significant demand,” said Newberg. “Properties like this are increasingly difficult to replace, making them highly attractive to owner-users seeking long-term operational stability.” The sale reflects continued demand for functional industrial facilities in Chicago, particularly among owner-users seeking space that can immediately support manufacturing and operational growth.
