The property, situated on 2.4 acres, features a large paved parking lot approved for outside storage and truck parking, a rare find in the tight Lake County industrial market. The asset offered a compelling owner-user and investment opportunity with excellent visibility and access to major transportation routes serving the northern suburbs. The property was sold for $1.5 million.

The undisclosed Buyer plans to use a portion of the building and lease out the rest.
