SVN Chicago Commercial Closes Chicagoland Multifamily Sale

SVN Chicago Commercial has closed the sale of an 11-unit, 7,975-square-foot garden-style multifamily
building at 17 N. Hillside Avenue in Hillside, Illinois. The asset sold for $1.26 million.

“This was a difficult transaction, but it ultimately closed due to the hard work of an experienced
team,” said Spero Adamis, who represented the seller. Working alongside a colleague
and on behalf of long-time friends, Adamis steered the assignment to a successful close.

The property features one-bedroom units with newer kitchen appliances and on-site laundry. The multifamily building is situated in the West Cook area of Hillside, just minutes from the expressway. It is also near Triton College and Concordia University-Chicago.
