SVN Chicago Commercial Arranges Sale of Mixed-Use Building

SVN | Chicago Commercial’s Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola helped secure the sale of an eight-unit mixed-use building located at 3110 W Belmont Avenue in Chicago. SVN |Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The asset sold for $2.2 million.

“This was a trust-directed sale of a beautiful eight-unit condo-quality building just off of the expressway on Belmont Avenue in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago,” said the Cawthon-Labriola Group. “The asset was well maintained and featured huge units with indoor parking, which is rare in the area. “The buyer came out of New York with an appetite for larger value-add properties, and with this property trading at $135 per square foot with below market rents, it left a lot of room for a value-add play.”
