SVN Chicago Commercial’s Next Level Team, in collaboration with Capital Real Estate Partners, completed the sale of a 53,818-square-foot office building located at 711 N Commons Drive in Aurora, Illinois.

The seller, Liberty Commons, NFP, was represented by Jennifer Hopkins and Olivia Czyzynski of SVN Chicago Commercial’s Next Level Team, along with Jay Scholten and Scott Fedyski of Capital Real Estate Partners. The buyer was represented by Adam Johnson of NAI Hiffman. The property was sold vacant.

The well-maintained asset garnered five qualified offers and went under contract within three months of hitting the market, highlighting the sustained demand for high-quality suburban office product in the Chicago metro area.
