Sutter Health Inks 120K-SF Lease in Downtown Sacramento

Cushman & Wakefield represented the joint venture of Revitate’s Opportunity zone platform, RevOZ Capital, and Argosy Real Estate Partners in securing Sutter Health as a full-building medical office tenant for the newly transformed SIXSIXTY building in downtown Sacramento. Sutter Health plans to use the 120,000-square-foot building for its Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Care Complex, scheduled to open in late 2027.

Lease terms were not disclosed. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ron Thomas, SIOR, Bruce Hohenhaus, SIOR and Kevin Goldthwaite represented ownership in the lease to Sutter Health. Cushman & Wakefield also provides property management services for SIXSIXTY, located at 660 J St. in Sacramento.

“Ownership has created an amazing and forward-thinking workplace in downtown Sacramento,” said Thomas. “Their dedication, patience and exceptional execution have paid off with this transformative lease to Sutter Health. Now, the tenant has a fantastic blank canvas to customize the Class A space for their healthcare services and tailor it to their patients’ needs.”
