Sustainable Luxury Hotel Near Downtown Seattle to Open

1 Hotels, a luxury lifestyle hotel brand, announced that reservations are now open for 1 Hotel Seattle, debuting in April 2025. Located at 2125 Terry Avenue, 1 Hotel Seattle features 153 guest rooms, including 45 suites.
