SURMOUNT Relocates NYC Headquarters to SL Green’s 1185 AOA

Net lease advisory firm SURMOUNT has relocated its headquarters into 30,000 square feet at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 1185 Ave. of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. A Newmark team of David Falk, Jason Greenstein and Justin Pollner represented Surmount in the lease negotiations. Ownership was represented by Newmark’s Brian Waterman, Scott Klau, Brent Ozarowski, Kevin Sullivan and David Waterman, alongside SL Green’s Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen.

SURMOUNT will occupy the entire 30th floor at 1185 AOA. The lease marks a significant milestone for the recently launched advisory firm as it expands and relocates its New York City headquarters from 275 Madison Ave.

“This move to 1185 AOA represents the supercharging of our New York City headquarters and a decisive step in SURMOUNT’s growth journey,” said Glen Kunofsky, founder and CEO of SURMOUNT. “By more than doubling our space, we are doubling down on our success and investing in the future of our team and clients. This space—designed to meet modern workplace needs—will support our continued growth and innovation for years to come.”
