Superhuman Opens New Seattle Hub in South Lake Union

Superhuman, the AI productivity company rebranded from Grammarly, officially opened its new Seattle hub at 1000 Dexter Avenue N. in South Lake Union.

Headquartered in San Francisco, Superhuman is expanding its physical footprint in a long-term bet on hybrid collaboration and the region’s deep-tech talent. Grammarly acquired the Superhuman email app in 2025 and renamed the whole company after it that October.

The new space marks a move from an Industrious coworking space at Roosevelt Commons in the University District to a 13,501-square-foot dedicated Class A space directly on South Lake Union, with a nearby seaplane dock and an attached 900-space garage. Opening with 50 workstations and built to support up to 80, along with seven meeting rooms, seven phone rooms, a podcast room, wellness and parent rooms.
