
Sunroad Enterprises Acquires $162M Multifamily in Nashville’s West End
CBRE has arranged the $162-million sale of Elliston 23, a 331-unit multifamily property in Nashville, TN. Sunroad Enterprises acquired the property.
Brett Carr and Kevin Geiger of CBRE represented the seller, The Connor Group, and Nate Sittema of CBRE arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer.
“Multifamily housing demand continues to rise in downtown Nashville and this sale is a reflection of this fact,” said Carr. “Rents have been on the rise and a majority of new supply in this pocket has been high-rise construction.”
Elliston 23 offers studio-, one- and two-bedroom units along with fitness center, pool and sun deck area, conference room and courtyard with grilling stations. The property has 15,000 square feet of integrated ground-floor retail. The property is within the West End submarket in downtown Nashville and is walking distance to Vanderbilt University, St. Thomas Hospital, Centennial Park, The First Center for Visual Arts and more than 150,000 jobs.
