Sunrise Management Adds Luxury SoCal Apartments to Portfolio

San Diego-based property management firm Sunrise Management has taken over day-to-day operations of Arte West, a 228-unit, four story luxury multifamily community in Santa Ana, CA and Arte, a high-end, 182-unit apartment complex in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Both properties are owned by Providence Capital Group.

Arte West (pictured), located at 3630 Westminster Ave., features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with luxury amenities that include hardwood floors, granite countertops and private patios/balconies. Select units also feature 18-foot high ceilings and mountain views.

Arte, located at 10130 Foothill Blvd., is a class A development consisting of six buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Community amenities include a large skydeck with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, fire tables, fitness center and cybercafé.

“We are proud to oversee day-to-day management for both of these dynamic Southern California communities,” said Sunrise COO Theresa Cordero. “Each is a high-quality asset and is ideal for residents in search of an active lifestyle.”
