Sunrise Brands Preleases Industrial Facility at Tejon Ranch
Tejon Ranch Company and Majestic Realty have secured a full-building lease at a yet-to-be-constructed 446,000-square-foot industrial facility at the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center in Tejon Ranch, CA. Sunrise Brands, a designer, producer, distributor and retailer of both branded and private-label apparel will occupy the building located just north of the Grapevine.
Completion of the new facility is expected in early 2024. In the meantime, Sunrise will temporarily occupy another building owned by the Tejon-Majestic JV. “We are pleased to be able to accommodate Sunrise Brands, both for a new building and temporary space,” said Tejon Ranch Company’s Derek Abbott.
“The pro-business approach of Kern County, coupled with our substantial inventory of industrial space gives us the ability to be flexible and move quickly, as we’ve been able to do with Sunrise,” added Abbott. The new building will be a Class A, single load facility featuring 36’ clear height, seven-inch floor slab and an ESFR sprinkler system.
