Sunny Miami-Based Tzadik Spends $24M on SFRs in Chilly SD

Miami, FL-based Tzadik Properties, LLC, has acquired a portfolio of eight single-family, short-term rentals in SD for $4.1 million.

The new acquisition accompanies the firm’s weeks-earlier purchase of eight single-family homes and five multi-family properties in South Dakota for nearly $20 million

Seven properties in Tzadik’s most recent portfolio are located in Rapid City, SD; the eighth is located in Lead, SD.
