SunCap to Deliver 1.5M-SF Spec Industrial Facility in Greenville

SunCap Property Group and the real estate business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management are developing a speculative industrial project on 140 acres in Greenville, SC.

Enterprise 85 will be off Augusta Road/Highway 25 just south of I-185. Phase I will feature a 40′ clear, 1,006,000-square-foot cross-dock which will be expandable to 1.5 million square feet. Phase II is currently planned for a 570,000-square-foot cross-dock building. The total combined square footage is 1,573,880 square feet.

Enterprise 85 is within the 753-acre Greenville Enterprise Park, which was designated in 2018 as “Business and Technology” park in 2018 with intentions to bring clean, modern and advanced industries such as office, laboratories, data centers, warehousing and clean manufacturing investments to Greenville County.

The project is SunCap’s eighth in the SC Upstate and the largest speculative building ever constructed in Greenville County according Derek Mathis, senior vice president with SunCap.

Colliers has been selected to handle leasing.
