SunCal Sells 119 Single-Family Lots at Master-Planned Palm Springs Project

Master developer SunCal has sold 119 single-family lots on 19.75 acres at its master-planned community Escena Palm Springs in Palm Springs to national luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers for an undisclosed sum. The sale marks the latest collaboration between SunCal and Toll Brothers, which recently opened for sale its 40-home luxury community Nola at Escena.

“We are thrilled to partner with Toll Brothers once again and bring more luxury living options to the Palm Springs area,” said Nick Pappas, managing director at SunCal. “This sale is a testament to SunCal’s commitment to creating exceptional master-planned communities, and we look forward to expanding our reach across California and the country.”

Escena is a guard-gated master-planned community that also includes a Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole championship golf course, 16,000-square-foot clubhouse with public restaurant, dog park and more than 280 acres of open space.

SVP Mackey O’Donnell and VP David Landes of Land Advisors Organization represented SunCal in the land sale.
