Suncadia Resort Community Announces $40M Development

Suncadia, a year-round mountain resort community located 80 miles east of Seattle, has announced a $40 million expansion with a new village of townhomes, single-family homes and 16,500 square feet of retail, including a boutique grocer.

The new 11-acre village, Suncadia Social, will feature an expansion of amenities and residential communities. “As we celebrate Suncadia’s 25th anniversary, these transformative projects will enhance our community and create vibrant new spaces for our residents and guests,” said Mark Thorne, Suncadia’s Managing Director. “Our partnership with our investors, along with the commitment from our valued homeowner partners in The Lodge, is pivotal in realizing these ambitious plans.”

Suncadia Social will feature a variety of shops, including grocery, home goods, outdoor gear, as well as restaurants, a wine bar, and a coffee shop all within walking distance of golf courses, the fitness center, and a spa.
