Sunbelt, Graycor Joining Forces on 4M SF Goodyear Business Park
Real estate developer, manager and investor Sunbelt Investment Holdings and Graycor Construction Company are working together on Phase I of Camelback 303. The project initiates more than one-half-million square feet of fully speculative warehouse, distribution and manufacturing space within SIHI’s 4 million-square-foot Camelback 303 Class A industrial park, within the Loop 303 Corridor in Goodyear, Arizona.
Camelback 303 Phase I totals 516,320 square feet in a single cross-dock building, located on the southeast corner of Camelback Road and Pebble Creek Parkway. Features of the new building include 40’ clear height, 89 dock-high and four drive-in doors, 190’ concrete truck courts, 70’ speed bays, storefronts at three building corners, and 421 auto and 103 trailer spaces.
Phase I is designed for use by a single tenant or is divisible to three tenants. Construction on Camelback 303 is underway now, with completion scheduled for first quarter 2024. A Cushman & Wakefield team is the exclusive leasing broker. It’s the second 4M SF business park announced in the region in as many days.
