Sunbeam Names VP of Acquisitions, Leasing and Marketing
Sunbeam Properties has appointed Ryan Goggins to the newly created position of VP of acquisitions, leasing and marketing. In his new position, Goggins is responsible for industrial acquisitions throughout the Southeast and will oversee leasing and marketing for Sunbeam’s existing South Florida portfolio, including the Miramar Park of Commerce, reportedly South Florida’s largest locally owned and managed business park.
Goggins brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate to Sunbeam. He joins Sunbeam from Colliers, where he served as director of office and industrial services. Before joining Colliers, Goggins spent five years as a member of the Sunbeam marketing and leasing team.
“Ryan is the consummate real estate professional,” said Sunbeam Properties VP Maridee Bell. “He has extensive industry experience, understands this market and has tremendous institutional knowledge of Sunbeam and the Park. We are thrilled to have him back with us.”
