Galvanize Launches Sustainable Real Estate Investment Plan

Suffolk Launches Sustainability Group 

Suffolk announced the formation of its Sustainability Group and key appointments, including Steven Burke as senior director of sustainability and Michael Swenson as director of sustainability for Suffolk Design.  

“Sustainable building is critical for the environment, for our clients and for the future,” said John Fish, Chairman and CEO of Suffolk. “Launching our Sustainability Team and hiring experienced leaders in the sustainability space demonstrate our strong commitment to strengthening our leadership position in the green building space and delivering the most sophisticated green buildings that will raise the bar for contractors throughout America.” 

Led by Nick Dhimitri, Suffolk’s executive vice president, the Sustainability Group strengthens the firm’s ability to offer a wider array of green building solutions. Suffolk’s strategy involves leveraging technology and data for cost-effective sustainability.
