Sueba USA’s 353-Unit Katy Apartment Project Nears Completion

Sueba USA is wrapping up construction on a 353-unit apartment complex at 125 Prairie Pkwy.  at the Katy Boardwalk. The Houston Business Journal reports rents at the four-story Boardwalk Square community range from $1,370 to more than $3,000 per month. The studio to three-bedroom apartments measure between 496 and 2,088 square feet

Select units include walk-in showers, patios or balconies.The complex has two courtyards, a leisure and lap pool with tanning ledges and poolside cabanas, a lawn, open-air verandas with seating and TVs, cabanas with gas grills, a pet area and gas fire table

The complex also has a 24-hour fitness center with a dry sauna and cold plunge, a resident lounge with TVs and a gourmet coffee bar, and a co-working area.

Construction began in April 2024 after Sueba secured a $40 million construction loan with Amegy Bank.

The complex is now about 85% built, with final completion expected by August.
