Sueba USA's 3rd phase starts work in Katy

Sueba USA Starts on Phase III in Katy

Sueba USA has finished two expansive apartment complexes in Katy, and is ready to get started on a third. Its newest multifamily community is San Paseo, featuring 272 stardard apartment units and 20 larger townhouse units.

The apartment units will run from 496-2,088 square feet and up to 2,577 for the townhouses. They will be located at 1724 Partnership Way next to two other Sueba USA-developed multifamily properties, San Tierra and San Remo. Katy is about 30 minutes west of Houston.

The four-story midrise is minutes from west Houston employment centers, hike-and-bike trails and other outdoor experiences. It also is conveniently located within short driving distance to Katy Mills Mall, Memorial City Mall, and CityCentre. Pre-leasing is expected to start in March 2024.
