The 370-unit project will be called Kingfield Lofts. Located on 14.5 acres it will be situated just minutes from the Energy Corridor at 15915 Kingfield Drive.
A wide range of units will be offered, from 480-2,196 square feet with over a dozen plans, averaging out at 980 square feet. The four-story mid-rises will offer a full range of amenity options, including islands with wine racks and granite countertops.
Sueba is no stranger to Houston. The company has been developing properties in the area for 35 years, including the 318-unit San Estrella currently under construction, also in the Energy Corridor. Throughout its history, Sueba has developed over 10 million square feet of multifamily properties in the Houston area.
