Sueba Delivers 335-Unit Houston Apartment Community
Sueba USA opened Ivy Lofts, a 335-unit apartment complex with 10,707 square feet of retail on the first floor, at 1466 Ivy Park Terrace in the Ivy District.
The developer of the mixed-use project is Modern Land (China) Co.
Besides the apartments and retail, plans for the district include office buildings and rental townhomes under development by Wan Bridge.
The four-story Ivy Lofts includes studio-, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 480 to 1,280 square feet. Resident amenities include resort-style and lap pools, outdoor cabanas with grilling areas, a 24-hour fitness center, coffee bar, coworking lounge, multimedia “executive center” with a catering kitchen, automated parcel lockers, bike storage, pet cleaning area and rentable storage.
The opening of the apartment complex marks a major milestone for the Ivy District, which is part of Pearland’s 1,200-acre Lower Kirby District. The district is home to offices, headquarters and facilities for a number of companies.
