Suburban Denver Campus Gets $32.5M Refi

Meridian Campus, a 391,240-square-foot two-building class-A office campus, is located at 12500 and 12510 East Belford Ave. in Denver’s southeast suburban office market of Englewood. This location is just south of Interstate 25 and C/E-470, providing connectivity to downtown Denver, Denver International Airport, Denver Tech Center and the broader southern metro area.

Working on behalf of Meridian Office Partners LLC, JLL capital markets secured a 10-year fixed-rate $32.5 million refinance loan through a life company correspondent. The JLL team was led by senior managing director Eric Tupler.

Completed in 1999 and 2000, the three-story buildings are fully leased to a single tenant. On-site amenities include a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, expansive conference and training rooms, a grab and go café, and underground executive parking.
