Submit Your Nominations for Connect CRE’s 2023 Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders

For commercial real estate professionals on the lending side, 2022 brought an increasingly challenging year as macroeconomic turbulence roiled the capital markets. We at Connect Commercial Real Estate want to spotlight those who overcame these challenges and got the deals done with our 2023 Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders Awards.

As with our other awards programs, we’re asking for your input to help us recognize the past year’s lending stars. We’ll consider capital markets professionals from real estate services firms, real estate finance advisory firms, financial institutions, insurance firms and credit unions, among other organizations. Acquisition and construction loans, refinancings and recapitalizations are among the types of transactions that are eligible. Our selections will be based on total dollar volume for each broker or team during 2022.

And as with our other awards programs, we intend to recognize 10 winners from each of the regions we cover. That means brokers and lenders in California; Texas; New York/Tri-State; Chicago/Midwest; Boston/New England; Washington, DC; Atlanta/Southeast; Florida/Gulf Coast; Phoenix/Southwest; and Seattle/Northwest, as well as those who are active nationally. We’ll make our final selections based on 2022 dollar volume.

If you know a lending professional or team who excelled in 2022, we’d like to hear from you. Click here to submit a nomination. Deadline for submissions is June 2.
