Student Housing Interiors Near ASU Complete

A student housing project near Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz., has completed a major step: interiors. 

Chicago-based Mary Cook Associates (MCA) announces it has completed the interiors at CANVAS, which is an 826-bed, off-campus community.

Fitting this description, Canvas’ design is welcoming, creative, social and responsive for students’ daily activities – replete with study pods and multi-function seating.

With ASU’s technology-focused majors in mind, MCA maximized the two-story volume of the entry area by adding a mezzanine to the project’s original design – creating a “think tank” atmosphere.
