Stubblebine Represents Owner-Occupier in Canton Industrial Buy

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and NAI arranged the sale of 348 Turnpike St., Canton, MA for $4,750,000. David Stubblebine, Matty Drouillard and Stephen Flynn of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, Danny McKeeney, while Mitch Stepien from NAI represented the seller, 348 Turnpike LLC.

The 39,100-square-foot warehouse/flex building situated on 2.5 acres is located two miles from I-93 and 4.1 miles from Route 24. It will be occupied by Bosco Crane Company Inc., which was founded in 2000 by Daniel McKeeney, Sr. The locally based, family-owned crane, rigging and trucking company serves the Metro Boston area, including the South and North Shores, Cape Cod and the Islands.

Stubblebine said, “Mr. McKeeney made a very astute decision to purchase the asset, as the property will accommodate Bosco Crane’s continued growth and other business interests.”
