Stubblebine Co./CORFAC Brokers $7M Sale of Lawrence Industrial Property

The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International has arranged the $6.5 million sale of 21 Glenn St., a 93,580-square-foot industrial facility in Lawrence, MASS.

The property is situated on more than five acres of industrial-zoned land. The buyer, John Hernandez of JVJ Solutions, plans to occupy around 60,000 square feet of the property with the balance being long-term leased to an undisclosed tenant. The Stubblebine Co. represented the buyer in the transaction.

“It was a pleasure working with the John Hernandez and the JVJ team and to successfully assist them to secure a quality, well-priced and well-located industrial park,” said James Stubblebine. “I look forward to seeing a continued growth of this spectacular company.”
