Stubblebine Co. Arranges 55K-SF Build to Suit Lease in Devens

The Stubblebine Co. and R.W.Holmes Realty Co. have arranged a 55,500-square-foot built-to-suit industrial lease at 4 MacArthur in Devens, MA.

Located less than two miles from Route 2, 4 MacArthur is within the Devens Commerce Center. A new, 55,500-square-foot warehouse building will be constructed by the 2nd quarter of 2022 and will feature 24-foot clear heights and 6,000 square feet of office space. The tenant is supply chain management firm Allios Inc. The building will be built by Boston-based commercial real estate development and management firm CRE Management.

David and James Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, MacArthur Avenue LLC, in the transaction. Michael Ogasapian of R.W.Holmes Realty Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.
