Stubblebine Arranges $3.5M Sale of Middleboro Industrial


The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokered the sale of 48 Leona Dr., a single-story industrial building in Middleboro, MA, for $3.5 million. Chris Michniewicz, James Stubblebine, and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company procured the buyer, 48 Leona, LLC and represented the seller, Miroj, LLC.

Michniewicz said, “It was a pleasure working with both the Ockers Company and Miroj teams to get this transaction closed.”

Built in 1999 and located within an established industrial park, the property includes approximately 26,000 square feet of warehouse space.
