Structured Development’s New Townhomes Surpass 50% Sold

Sales have surpassed 50% at Harrison Row Townhomes, Structured Development‘s new for-sale housing development of 40 affordable townhomes in Chicago’s East Garfield Park neighborhood.

Located near the intersection of Harrison Street and Francisco Avenue, the multi-phase development is reserved for qualified households. Two of the three phases at Harrison Row have sold out, with qualifying buyers sourced through the Chicago Housing Trust.

“Surpassing 50% sold at Harrison Row is a notable milestone and illustrates the need for for-sale workforce housing,” said Mike Drew, co-founding principal of Structured Development. “This is especially true when it comes to larger three- and four-bedroom homes suitable for families, and this is exactly the type of housing we created at Harrison Row.”

Located about a few miles west of downtown, the townhomes offer easy access to the Loop. Structured Development is also completing The Seng, an all-affordable condominium building at 869 W. Blackhawk Street.
