Strong IE Industrial Demand Propels Another Ontario Build

Citing strong industrial user demand in the Inland Empire coupled with supply constraints on new class-A facilities, Seefried Industrial Properties and a private equity real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital recently acquired a 6.13-parcel near Ontario International Airport. The partnership plans to break ground on a 140,000-square-foot industrial building in the first quarter of 2022.

The new rear-load industrial facility will be located at the southwest corner of 5th Street and Hermosa Avenue, offering close proximity to the I-10, I-15 and CA-60 Freeways. The project will offer industrial, manufacturing or warehouse users the opportunity to occupy either a single-tenant building or potential for a two-tenant building.

HPA has been engaged as the architect and Huitt Zollars as the civil engineer on the project. Michael Giuliano and Keith Anderson of Lee & Associates will be representing Seefried in leasing the facility. The project is slated for completion in summer 2022.
