Strive Martial Arts to Open Second MD Location 

Strive Martial Arts Family Fitness Center has expanded to Frederick, Maryland’s Westview Promenade as its third state facility. The center intends to open within the 200,000-square-foot outdoor lifestyle center on December 1. 

Led by led by Derek Watson, a 6th Dan Black Belt, Watson champions martial arts’ transformative power for all ages, promoting fitness, self-defense, and confidence. Strive Martial Arts emphasizes a balanced lifestyle, encouraging exercise over screen time, especially for children. 

Located at the intersection of Maryland Route 85 and Crestwood Boulevard, Westview Promenade is anchored by Regal Westview Cinema and MOM’s Organic Market and features shops, professional and personal services, and both sit-down and fast-casual restaurants. Ashley Zito and Danielle Bridge, along with Ryan Wilner, Bob Morris, and Mason Bernstein of KLNB represented the landlord in this lease transaction.
