Strides Pharma Inks 57K-SF Lease in Hudson Valley R&D Hub 

Hudson Valley iCampus, a research and innovation hub in Pearl River, New York, has signed a new lease with Strides Pharma for chemical storage space. The lease comprises 57,197 square feet and includes buildings 170 and 170B on the 207-acre campus.  

Located at 401 N Middletown Rd, Building 170 is a 28,000-square-foot warehouse with 22′ clear heights and ten loading docks while building 170B is a connected 35,000-square-foot high bay warehouse with 55′ clear heights. Strides Pharma specializes in various pharmaceutical products, including soft-gel capsules, oral solids, modified releases, topicals, and liquids.
