Streetwear Retailer SNIPES Inks Downtown Crossing Flagship Store
Gazit Horizons has signed a long-term lease with SNIPES, a leading sneaker and streetwear retailer, for a flagship location at 467 Washington Street in Boston’s Downtown Crossing neighborhood.
This will be SNIPES’ first location in the center of Boston, adding to its two existing stores in the greater Boston area. The two-story store will open in the fall and will offer a range of streetwear and sneakers from brands like Nike, Jordan, Adidas, and New Balance.
“Snipes is an exciting retail use for this outstanding location in Downtown Crossing,” said Zvi Gordon, CEO of Gazit Horizons, “we continue to see strong demand for great physical retail spaces in well-located locations with strong pedestrian activity, such as at 467 Washington Street.”
