StreetLights Wraps Up Eighth DFW Rental Community

StreetLights Residential has completed The Louise, the second phase of the luxury multifamily community within Viridian. Located between Dallas and Fort Worth, the master-planned community spans 2,000 acres complete with access to five major lakes, trails and local shopping. StreetLights completed the project’s first phase, The Jackson, in 2021, becoming the first multifamily community within Viridian. They’ve finished eight in the DFW area.

“After the success of The Jackson in Viridian, we’ve continued to see a demand for boutique-style luxury living in the area and were inspired to bring even more options for residents” said StreetLights Greg Coutant.

The Louise has 343 apartment homes with studio to three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 588 to 1,674 square feet. In addition, the Louise has 32 townhomes averaging 1,902 square feet. Among the features at The Louise are in-unit Sonos speakers, oversized outdoor living spaces and screened porches, a golf simulator and a 24-hour fitness center. The Louise also features a pool and outdoor courtyard with lounge and entertaining spaces.
