StreetLights Starts Work on High-End Dallas Rental Community
StreetLights Residential has started work on the Galatyn, a 20-story tower just outside Highland Park. The $73 million, 234,268-square foot tower is going up in the 3000 block of Monticello Avenue off US 75. The 56 rooms will average 2,700 square feet. That averages out to over $1.3 million per unit.
The building is expected to open in 2025 and will be designed by StreetLights Creative Studio, an affiliate of the developer.
The Dallas Morning News reports the site, acquired by StreetLights Residential, is near where the developer opened its 22-story McKenzie apartment building. StreetLight Residential’s most recent projects include the Christopher in Uptown and the Hamilton in Deep Ellum.
