StreetLights Residential has partnered with Mitsui Fudosan America to develop a 20-story luxury multifamily high-rise at the southeast corner of Park Lane and US-75 in Dallas.

The development will deliver 365 residences, including studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes ranging from approximately 505 to 1,707 square feet. The project will feature ground-level retail. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2026, with completion anticipated in January 2029.

Amenities include a pool, outdoor grilling, entertainment stations, espresso and coffee bar, fitness center with infrared sauna, and cold plunge, co-working lounge with private offices, billiards room, private dining room, resident bar, and lounge

This is StreetLights Residential and Mitsui Fudosan America’s second joint venture development following The Oliver, a 351-unit, 18-story high- rise located in the Cityplace neighborhood near Uptown Dallas.
