Stream Realty to Phase-In 3.4 Million Square Foot Mesquite Industrial Development

The building sizes range from 294,000 square feet to over one million square feet. Depending on the building, tenants can utilize both rear and cross-dock loading configurations. Clear heights range from 36 to 40 feet.
“The development will provide both the eastern side of the Metroplex and the Interstate 20 corridor much-needed industrial space attracting tenants in the logistics and distribution space,” said Stream’s Matt Dornak.
