The Citadel Center in downtown Chicago will no longer house the headquarters of its namesake tenant when the firm moves to Miami

Stream Realty Tapped to Lease Central Loop’s Citadel Center

Stream Realty Partners has been tapped to lease the 37-story Citadel Center at 131 S. Dearborn St. in Chicago’s Central Loop. The property is owned by Angelo, Gordon & Co. and Hines

Executive managing director Patrick Russo, managing director Jack McKinney, Jr. and SVP Jessica O’Hara will lead the day-to-day leasing operations with support from associate Katie Hull. Floors ranging from 34,000 square feet to 64,000 square feet are available at the 1.5-million-square-foot office property, which was completed in 2003.

The Class A tower was among the Loop’s first to offer a 14-inch raised floor system that makes it convenient for tenants to run electrical wiring. Plans include offering a full-floor, programmable speculative suite by year’s end.

“131 South Dearborn is one of the central business district’s most technologically robust and amenity-rich trophy office projects, rivaling any new construction delivered in Chicago during the last 20 years,” McKinney said.
