Stream Realty Promotes Patrick Russo to Partner
Stream Realty Partners has promoted Chicago-based executive managing director Patrick Russo to Partner. He’ll continue to oversee day-to-day activities at Stream Chicago while taking an ownership stake in the local operation.
Russo joined Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, three years ago and has grown the office to 40 professionals responsible for more than 21 million square feet of office agency leasing and more than 12 million square feet of property management. Under Russo’s leadership, the Chicago office recently relocated to Fulton Market.
