Stream Realty Partners Welcomes Adam Rumsey to Nashville
Stream Realty Partners has welcomed Adam Rumsey as VP of office brokerage in Nashville. Rumsey will be responsible for expanding Stream’s acquisition, development and leasing platforms while growing Stream’s brand in the Nashville market.
Rumsey comes to Stream with more than 10 years of industry experience and has completed leasing and sales transactions valued at more than $450 million. In addition, he has managed leasing process a 1.3-million-square-foot office portfolio and was presented with CoStar’s Power Broker Award in 2017 and 2018.
“The Nashville commercial real estate market continues to see remarkable growth and the local Stream team is positioning to grow with our city by adding value to our clients on each assignment,” said Rob Lowe, executive managing director and partner of Stream’s Nashville team. “Adam’s a seasoned brokerage professional who brings a discerning real estate perspective to the table — he’s quick to seize on opportunities and execute seamlessly for his clients.”
Lisa McDuffie arrives at ConnectCRE via REALTOR® world, where she served for nearly two decades as communications director for one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® organizations. She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group.
When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as he makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
