Stream Realty Partners has hired Christopher Skelly as a VP of property management for the firm’s Washington, DC team. He will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trophy-class assets along with providing mentorship for office teams at properties including 1601 K St. NW and 801 17th St. NW.

Skelly comes to stream from Blake Real Estate, Inc. He has worked with multiple local and national real estate companies while based in the DC area and managed over fivemillion square feet of office and event space. His areas of expertise include sustainability, real estate tax appeals, financial reporting, contract procurement, lease negotiation, and construction management.

Skelly has helped negotiate leases directly with tenants, pitched and won third-party management business with a company that had been traditionally owner/manager and overseen a $2-million building repositioning.
