Stream Realty Partners Hires Griffin Farris as VP of Leasing to Boster Nashville Office

Real estate services, development, and investment firm Stream Realty Partners has hired Griffin Farriss a VP leasing at its Nashville, TN location. Farriss will focus on sourcing, winning and executing office and industrial business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation.

Farriss previously was a principal at Cresa in Los Angeles, CA and will be moving to Nashville. Over the course of his career, he completed approximately 2 million square feet of leasing and sale transactions valued at nearly $500 million.

Stream Realty Partners’ Nashville office currently has 20 employees and manages a portfolio of almost 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. The company completes more than $5.8 billion in real estate transactions annually and is an active investor and developer across the nation.
