The Nashville, TN office of Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, investment and development firm, has added Robby Davis and Stewart Lyman as managing directors.

Davis and Lyman will work to serve clients’ interest, grow the firm’s brand presence, expand its office services in the Nashville Metro area, and cultivate talent to meet the market’s needs. In addition, they will be responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales and tenant and landlord representation.

Davis served as an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield prior to moving to Stream Realty Partners. He specializes in office landlord leasing and owner/occupier sales and has completed more than $2.5 billion in leasing and sales transactions.

Lyman was a managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent almost seven years specializing in office landlord representation. He has completed more than $1.6 billion in lease transactions totaling over six million square feet.
