Stream Realty Partners Finds Taker for Renovated Creative Loft Office in Brookhaven
Stream Realty Partners has sold its creative loft office development in the Atlanta, GA submarket of Brookhaven to a Charlotte, NC-based real estate investment firm in an off-market transaction.
Mack Freudenstein, Jared Londry, Alex Olofson and Parks Brown of Stream represented the firm in the transaction.
“Investment and leasing demand for creative office properties in Atlanta remains at an all-time high as investors and tenants pursue opportunities that are highly amenitized and experience-driven,” said Freudenstein.
The property, Apple Valley Brookhaven, is a single-story building with a total of 72,707 square feet. It was 85% leased at the time of sale to a mix with office and retail tenants. The property was built in 1961 and renovated in 2017 with a modern floor plan that capitalizes on natural light from 15-foot floor-to-ceiling windows.
Apple Valley Brookhaven is at 2700 Apple Valley Road near MARTA, single-family neighborhoods and shops and restaurants. Brookhaven is just a few minutes north of Buckhead.
