Stream Realty Partners Adds VP of Industrial Brokerage in Chicago

Stream Realty Partners has hired Paige Gunn to serve as a VP of industrial brokerage in its Chicago office. Gunn joins Stream from Transwestern, where she helped lead a capital markets team.

Gunn signed on at Transwestern in 2016 as an investment sales analyst and quickly rose through the ranks to senior director leading the Chicago Investment Sales Group. Before Transwestern, Gunn worked for Marcus & Millichap and Berkadia after graduating from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management in 2015.

“The potential in industrial real estate across the country is exponential given the rise of e-commerce over the past few years,” said Patrick Russo, executive managing director of Stream Chicago. “We are excited that Paige will be helping us kick off a new service line that is in such high demand. She has a proven track record for finding, selling, and creating untapped value for her clients.”
