A 30-year veteran with strong commercial real estate ties in San Antonio has joined Stream Realty Partners. Steve Thomas will serve as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Occupier Services. He will be responsible for tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits for the San Antonio office.

Thomas comes to Stream with Alyse Sellers, who will serve as a Senior Associate in San Antonio. The duo has worked together for the last several years at CBRE and negotiated more than 3.7 million square feet of office lease transactions, primarily in Class A high-rise buildings and single-story suburban office developments. Sellers graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations/marketing and worked in business development for Chicago Title Insurance Company before joining CBRE.
