Stream Realty Partners Adds Tim McCarty to DC Leasing Operations
Stream Realty Partners has welcomed Tim McCarty as a VP in its Washington, DC office. He will be responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing business across all service lines, including leasing, acquisitions, tenant representation and development opportunities.
McCarty comes to Stream from Akridge, where he was an assistant VP. Previously he served as a tenant representative at Cushman & Wakefield. During his career, he has completed more than 200 unique lease transactions resulting in more than $1 billion in aggregate lease value.
Stream’s Washington, DC regional team leases and manages an office portfolio of over 11.2 million square feet.
