Stream Realty Partners Adds Team of Five to Atlanta Leasing Practice
Stream Realty Partners has added Bryan Heller, Glenn Kolker, Peter McGuone and Preston Menning as managing directors to its leasing practice in Atlanta. Parker Welton has joined as VP.
The new team will be responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office leasing business in Greater Atlanta.
“The origins of this collective team came after months of discussion on helping clients navigate dynamics in a market that has been constantly evolving even prior to the pandemic,” said Heller. “It became clear that we complemented each other with our client roster, experience, and specialized skill sets. Once we decided that we were going to join forces, we sought out the best platform, which led us to Stream.”
Kolker specializes in developing marketing strategies, spearheading lease negotiations and offering financial analysis.
Menning specializes in project leasing services including lease negotiations, full financial analysis, and marketing strategies.
Heller specializes in leasing large, value-add opportunities
McGuone specializes in office leasing, new construction projects and repositioning of value-add opportunities.
Welton specializes in landlord representation, workplace strategy trends forecasting and marketing strategies that help position a property for lease.
